About Patrick Bukalski
D2D Sales Strategies Co-Founder Patrick Bukalski’s parents escaped what was Communist Poland in 1985. As refugees they came to the United States, built Midwestern-based businesses and instilled a drive in their children to work hard and think big.
That strength and resolve is at the core of D2D Sales Strategies. Patrick builds upon his parents’ example and adds his years of sales experience and award-winning excellence.
Patrick began his sales career at age 16, working alongside his father who was self employed and also worked in the door to door sales industry. Recognizing that he had a natural talent and passion for sales, he transitioned from the family business to being a top sales performer for several mid-size and large telecom providers before becoming an entrepreneur and opening his own marketing and sales-based businesses. For nearly 20 years — at each employer he represented — Patrick was named the Top Performer.
Through D2D Sales Strategies, Patrick channels his superior customer service skills, creative thinking and persistence to help business leaders connect with new audiences and reach their goals. He also looks for mentoring and coaching opportunities to help train the next generation of sales leaders — passing on the lessons, processes and successful habits he’s learned.
Now a father of three, he wants to lead by example for his children as his parents did for him. “I want my kids to have the same drive to do their best at whatever they choose to pursue in life.”
Patrick and his wife enjoy leading an active lifestyle with their children and pets. They are community-focused, involved in their church, and have spent several years restoring their home, a historic property on six acres.
